What is the status of my order?

Customers can enter their email address and order number and can then see the status of the order and whether or not it has been shipped. If it has been shipped, the customer will also see a link they can click on. If they click the link, they will be brought to the tracking page of the relevant shipping company.

How should I wash my products?

Machine wash: cold (max 30C or 90F); Non-chlorine: bleach as needed; Tumble dry: low heat; Iron, steam or dry: medium heat; Do Not dry clean.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship anywhere within the U.S. and Internationally.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Orders shipped to our customers within the U.S. are usually delivered within 3-10 business days.

For International orders, delivery generally takes between 10-25 business days.

Do you accept returns?

We at Extremely Online Clothing maintain the highest of assurances and clothing standards, and maintain the policy that all sales are final. While we hope that you are completely satisfied with your shopping experience, to the extent permitted by law, we do not offer returns, merchandise credits, or exchanges. Thank you.
